Built around the breakthrough advantages of G-Rex® closed-system bioreactors, the ScaleReady workflow was created specifically to produce immune cells such as T cells, natural killer (NK) cells, and hematopoietic cells. True linear scalability means that the same protocols established during research will work during large-scale production.
Wash & Prep
The Lovo® Cell Processing System is the easy to use, easy to scale instrument for larger volume applications. For small volume washing, the versatile Cue Cell Processing System handles cryopreservation preparation, electroporation preparation, and small-volume culture media exchange with precision.
Cell Selection
The ScaleReady partners are hard at work on practical, scalable products for automated cell selection. With our combined expertise, we are designing a thoughtful and intelligent cell selection solution that fits in with and enhances our workflow.
Cell Activation & Expansion
G-Rex closed-system bioreactors are the only system that scales up from 10 million to over 100 billion cells without gene profile changes, and scale out with one bioreactor per patient. Within a single G-Rex bioreactor cells can be activated, transduced, and expanded, dramatically simplifying manufacturing processes. Combine G-Rex with high-quality GMP media, activation reagents and cytokines sourced from Bio-Techne.
Gene Editing
The TcBusterTM non-viral gene delivery platform makes gene modification more consistent, faster, and cost-efficient, without the challenges involved in manufacturing lentiviral vectors.
Culture Harvest
The GatheRex liquid handling pump is thoughtfully designed to work with any G-Rex bioreactor for simple volume reduction and cell harvesting. The Lovo cell processing system for larger volumes and the Cue cell processing system for smaller volumes enable efficient cell washing and product concentration.
Fill & Finish
The Cue cell processing system completes the workflow for final product volumes of 10mL or smaller. It’s exacting and responsive with on-instrument wash and concentration steps, temperature- controlled automated mixing, and high-throughput fill and finish.
